The company's primary business focus is residential and commercial real estate, and golf courses. Throughout the company's history, some notable sales included $23 Million for multi-family units sold in Toledo, Ohio, $2.4 Million for a luxury home in Bloomfield, Michigan, $2.8 Million for luxury home sites in Naples, Florida, and $2.1 Million for a golf course in Higgins Lake, Michigan. Beth has dedicated her career to enhancing and giving back to auction industry. Some of her accomplishments include being named the 2000 Rose award recipient (the award is named after Beth's late father, David Rose), 2009 Michigan Auctioneer Champion, 2016 Florida Auctioneer Champion, 2016 National Auction Marketing Campaign of the Year award, along with many others. Beth also servers as a National Auctioneers Association Education Institute Trustee.

In addition to her service within the auction industry, Beth is also devoted to her community. She was given the Waterville Chamber of Commerce Community Leadership award. She also is the co-founder of the 501(c)3 Blessings in Disguise, which is a non-profit dedicated to providing financial air to individuals need assistance relation to health, education, and welfare related situations.

Leah Gioia

Leah Gioia was hired as a secretary at Pensacola’s own Garth’s Antiques & Auction Gallery in the Fall of 2016. Over the several years to follow, and under the tutelage of the late Winston Garth & Robert Garth, it took no time for Leah to fall in love with Auctions. 

In the summer of 2019, Leah proudly received her designation as Honorary Colonel -Auctioneer, as well as her Ring Master Certification from the Florida Auctioneer Academy. She was honored to be instructed by Gary Smith - a legend with true heritage in the Auction industry. She was also mentored by other noted individuals, such as Keith Trowbridge, Heath Ogle & Chris Bohr aiding in her ability to assist customers across a broad spectrum of cases.

Leah opened her Auction House located in the heart of Pensacola’s Antique Strip, December of 2019 and has been honored to assist families across the Gulf Coast throughout the COVID-19 Pandemic with settling loved one’s estates and mediating challenging Probate-related cases. Gioia & Co. offers full Estate and Commercial Liquidations, in addition to Fair Market and specialized Appraisals.

Leah is a proud member of the FAA & the National Auctioneers Association (NAA). Leah is committed to a higher standard of excellence and passionate about actively increasing public awareness of Auctioneering, how the extensive efforts of the Florida Auctioneer’s Association (FAA) impact all Florida Residents, and how

Auctions play a vital role in our society’s economy.

Leah joined the FAA in 2018 and was elected to the Board of Directors in October 2019.

Chris also earned the "Certified Estate Specialist" designation and is a Past President of the Florida Auctioneers Association, a Past Florida State Champion Auctioneer and was inducted into the Florida Auctioneers Hall of Fame by receiving the Lewis C. Dell Award.

Stan L. Crooks, CAI, CES, is a Florida Bid Calling Champion and has twice been elected President of the Florida Auctioneer\'s Association. Stan is also a member of the National Auctioneer's Association and National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees. He is a Licensed Auctioneer, Real Estate Broker and a Federal Firearms Licensee. Stan operates Auction America Inc in West Palm Beach, Florida and has conducted auctions throughout the United States.
