Don't miss the 2024 FAA Conference

Speakers will include Tom Saturley, CAI and John Schultz, AMM as well as others who are excelling in their areas of expertise.

Saturley is President of Tranzon Auction Properties and has been a respected professional in the real estate industry since 1990. Prior to this, he was a practicing attorney in Maine and New Hampshire, routinely representing clients in complicated real estate development and lending transactions. Saturley also served as the National Auction Association President in 2014.

Schultz is Vice President of the National Auction Association and is a 25-year auction industry veteran. He started his auction career with his family's auction business in rural central Minnesota. He is currently a Partner with Grafe Auction Company, a Minnesota-based nationwide commercial and industrial auction company. He serves on the executive team as the Chief Marketing and Technology Officer.

Topics will include the latest marketing methods, contracts and contract law, using AI (Artificial Intelligence) in the auction industry, panel discussions on Benefit Auctions, Navigating rules and regulations regarding Real Estate Auctions, and more with topics covering all auction specialties.

The 2024 FAA Annual Meeting will be held on Monday, March 4 at 11:30 am, during the Luncheon. We will discuss and vote on changes to the FAA By-Laws, give current and future outlook of FAA, and elect Officers and Directors.
