1. Condition: The sale of the Property is “as is where is”, with all faults. There are no warranties of any kind except that such sale shall be free and clear of liens with liens to attach to proceeds unless otherwise notified at time of sale. Subject to confirmation by the Assignee. This is not an absolute auction.
