A former banker who understands personalized, professional service, David specializes in timely solutions for sellers. Since joining the Tranzon Driggers team in 2011, David has been involved in the sale of over 1,300 properties and is experienced in the sale of commercial, multi-family, developments, acreage, residential, and special use real estate such as RV parks and self-storage facilities.

Licensed as a Florida real estate broker since 2005, David earned a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Florida and is a graduate of the University of Florida School of Banking program. David has been awarded the Certified Auctioneers Institute (CAI) designation, which is considered the preeminent designation offered to the auction industry. CAI is a three year executive development program offered through the University of Indiana in conjunction with the National Auctioneers Association Education Institute. David also holds the Accredited Auctioneer, Real Estate (AARE) and Auction Marketing Management (AMM) designations, both of which are also awarded by the National Auctioneers Association. He is also currently a candidate member of the Certified Commercial Investment Member Institute (CCIM), actively pursuing its designation.

David serves on Tranzon, LLC’s Executive Committee and Management Board. He resides in Ocala, Florida, with his wife, Jennifer.
