Senate Bill #1486 - General Bill by Posey
There is a very important bill facing the Florida Senate at this time. It is Senate Bill #1486. It calls for revised legislation to allow that all new licensees to be finger printed and that any one that gets an Auction Business License must meet the same back ground checks as someone that gets an Auctioneers License. The language of this bill was developed by the Attorney General's office.

Auctioneers Board to adopt rules governing financial responsibility, etc. Amends 468.385.
