Tim Peters has been working in real estate for more than 10 years in commercial brokerage and residential investment and development. Tim holds both his real estate license and his auctioneer's license in the Commonwealth of Virginia. He is also a member of the Virginia Auctioneers Association and the National Auctioneers Association. Tim excels at devising creative marketing solutions to help auction sellers get the most out of the sale of their property. He meets with every seller to guide the process and direction of each auction. From that point, he manages the team that executes the auction process from marketing to auction day to the closing table.

Beth also servers as a National Auctioneers Association Education Institute Trustee.
In addition to her service within the auction industry, Beth is also devoted to her community. She was given the Waterville Chamber of Commerce Community Leadership award. She also is the co-founder of the 501(c)3 Blessings in Disguise, which is a non-profit dedicated to providing financial air to individuals need assistance relation to health, education, and welfare related situations.
Steve Hunt - Attended Reisch Auction College in Mason City Iowa in 1981, and has been a Full-time Auctioneer since the age of 20. Steve grew up in farm country in Illinois, but moved to the Chicago area to work at local Auto Auctions, apprenticing at Estate Auction Houses, and selling conventional Real Estate.
In 1988, Steve moved to Grand Junction Colorado, and started The Auction Team with his father and brother and other partners. Over the next 20 years, Steve bought out partners, expanded the business to the entire "Rocky Mountain Region", and began selling "Absolute" real estate auctions with huge successes back in the early 1990's. He sold his business in 2008, and spent the next few years mentoring, and consulting other auctioneers and auction companies. He also spent a great deal of time as a court appointed Guardian, and Executor for local elderly people and estates, and was a USPAP qualified Appraiser.
Steve has been very involved with the Auction industry, and their associations and education. He holds a CAI & AARE designation thru the NAA, and has been a Broker/Realtor since 1986. Steve and his company have conducted in more then 1,000 individual auctions, and have sold in excess of 100 million dollars in real estate / equipment / estate properties in the past 35 years.
Steve has held a number of positions in his auction career, including Secretary/Treasurer, Director, 2006 President and 2007 & 2008 Chairman of the Board for the Colorado Auctioneer's Association. Steve was also appointed as a Education Trustee for the National Auctioneers Association in 2008. His duties in this 4 year appointment included helping run the CAI designation program, and deciding on educational programs and continuing eduction for auctioneers across the country.
Steve and his wife Lesley purchased a "vacation" home in Burnt Store Marina in 2011 in anticipation of a move here once Lesley's job as Assistant Superintendent of the local school district in expired 2 years. They moved to Florida full-time in 2013, and enjoy golfing. boating, and traveling. Never wanting to be "retired" in their 50's, Steve and Lesley sell real estate conventionally, and will be working on special Real Estate / Estate Auction projects in the near future.

Sara graduated from Bowling Green State University with a bachelor’s degree in Communication focusing in Promotions and Advertising. Sara also graduated from the Professional Ringman’s Institute, and she completed the Real Estate Sales Certification at Hondros College and the Auctioneer Certification at The Repperts Schools of Auctioneering. In 2012, Sara won the Certified Auctioneer’s Institute (CAI) Rose Award for best auction summary. In both 2012 and 2013, she was a speaker at the National Auctioneers Association Conference and Show. Sara is a member of the Florida Realtors Auction Marketing Council. Additionally, she is licensed as a Broker in Florida and also as a Realtor® in Ohio. Sara is licensed as an Auctioneer in Florida, Ohio, Indiana, and Pennsylvania.

As Director of Auction Operations, Robin works to facilitate and implement goals, strategies and procedures of the Auction Company. She is a licensed Auctioneer, Certified Graduate Personal Property Appraiser and a Certified Estate Specialist. A finance graduate of Florida International, Robin served as controller for a top ten South Florida printing company for over 27 years. She has been able to take advantage of a strong business background and utilize it in assessing business operations and asset valuation. This has qualified Robin to be a Case Administrator as well as a Personal Property Appraiser and Estate Specialist.
As a Case Administrator for Assignees, Receivers and Trustees at Michael Moecker and Associates, Robin serves as liaison between Trustee and Business Owner/Client during business transitions such as ABC’s (Assignment for the Benefit of Creditors), Receiverships, sale of assets, consolidation and reorganization. She has supervised numerous business liquidations, some with multiple locations (both in state and out of state), managed going concerns while businesses restructure or close operations. She has also liquidated closing businesses through bulk sale or auction formats.
Robin is USPAP (Uniform Standards for Professional Appraisal Practice) qualified and is a member of both the Florida Auctioneers Association (FAA) and the National Auctioneers Association (NAA). She is also a member of the International Women's Restructuring and Insolvency Confederation (IWRIC) as well as an affiliate member of the Bankruptcy Bar Association of the Southern District of Florida (BBA). Her appraisal experience has been augmented through case experience and auction projects. While working towards his degree at Florida Gulf Coast University, Robert completed project work for the firm. He was responsible for telemarketing, auction set-up, bid spotting, assisting with appraisals and direct sales while working part-time. Since graduating with his Bachelor’s Degree in the Spring of 2013, Robert has been a full-time employee for the firm, assisting in every aspect of the business.
